Where we ship

Anywhere in India that our courier partners deliver to. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're outside India and want something, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether the courier cost makes sense.

What it costs

• Orders of ₹999 and above — free.
• Below that, a flat ₹79 anywhere in India.
• No cash on delivery. All orders are prepaid by UPI.

How long it takes

We dispatch within one working day of your payment being confirmed. From there it's typically 4–7 working days to metros and slightly longer to smaller towns and the North East.

You'll get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn't moved in 48 hours, message us — we'll chase the courier rather than making you do it.

Delays we can't control

Weather, strikes, festival-season backlogs and incorrect addresses all slow things down. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp when something is stuck, and we'll never leave you guessing.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll re-ship it once you confirm the corrected address — you'll only pay the second courier charge.

Damaged in transit

If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it if you can, and message us within 48 hours. We'll replace it. You won't be asked to pay for a courier's mistake.
