What this website collects

Nothing. There is no account system, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to.

Your cart and the address you type at checkout are stored in your own browser's local storage, on your device. We can't read them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

What we receive when you order

When you send your order on WhatsApp, we get:

• Your name, phone number and delivery address
• What you ordered
• Your UPI reference number, if you shared it

We use these to pack your parcel, hand it to a courier, confirm your payment, and talk to you about the order. Nothing else.

Payments

Payments happen inside your own UPI app, directly between your bank and ours. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank login. This site has no payment form to enter them into.

Who else sees your details

• The courier — your name, address and phone, because they have to deliver it.
• WhatsApp — your message reaches us through their service, under their own privacy terms.
• Nobody else. We don't sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Order messages stay in our WhatsApp history so we can handle returns and answer questions later. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we're required to keep a record of the sale.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@example.com and we'll sort it out.

Changes to this page

If we ever add analytics or any other third-party tool, we'll update this page before turning it on. Soul Indeed is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
